Cañuelo Beach is in the Natural Park of the cliffs of Maro . It has 350 meters long and 10 meters wide . This is a natural beach gravel and small pebbles which is about 13 km from the center of Nerja.
It is a natural and lonely beach , set in a beautiful environment , perfect if you're a familly because although it is a known and accessible beach because it is near the road is very quiet and not crowded .

In terms of services , there are also showers, restrooms and two bars if you want to drink or eat there and spend the day . They offer an extensive menu of Mediterranean cuisine , where the specialty is fish and seafood .
To reach this beach by car you drive at National - 340 towards Almuñécar . Do not miss it , the exit is to the right and is well marked . The beach is in a protected area , so you have to park and then down to the beach on foot or on the bus reserved for swimmers. This bus runs every 10 minutes in summer . If you decide to walk , it ramps make it difficult to access.
